Girl Scout Badge

AIChE had a fantastic time working with a local Girl Scout troop to explore the exciting world of engineering through a spacecraft splash-landing challenge! Students put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test as they designed and built protective containers to keep their “space samples” safe during a simulated drop from an elevated height. Filled with teamwork, innovation, and plenty of excitement, the event gave students a fun, hands-on introduction to engineering while encouraging them to think like future scientists and engineers. We loved seeing their enthusiasm and creativity shine, and we hope the challenge inspired the next generation of innovators! 󠀠󠀠🚀
